LEED

One of the most well-known green building certifications LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED certification is recognized globally and widely used for new and existing buildings.

WELL

The Well Building Standard measures sustainability using 7 core concepts including air, water, nourishment, light, movement, and more. Awarded by the international WELL Building institute, the certification focuses on the overall impact of buildings on human health and well-being. Compliance with:

  • ISO 50001 Energy Management.
  • ISO 14064 Greenhouse Gases.
